I am Sensei Shane, a martial arts instructor and father of 5. I was guided to martial arts because of the trauma experienced during my childhood due to bullying.

Let me guide you through understanding the steps to take as a parent whilst sharing the adverse effect of bullying through the lens of a child. Let me share with you what I needed from my parents as a child navigating through the confusing, scary and sad times.
